Delivery time
Orders are processed on business days, Sunday through Saturday, during business hours, except Canadian federal holidays.

Shipping on all orders will be handled by Canada Post, unless otherwise noted. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Canada Post expected delivery time: 2 to 4 business days (up to 3 to 5 days during peak periods like December) following shipment (the normal shipping time for rural areas and outlets postal delivery is 7 to 10 business days following shipment).

If there is no one at the delivery address, Canada Post will leave a pickup notice at the nearest postal counter.
