The Mind: The Devin follows the same principles as The Mind, players trying to cooperate without communicating to master several levels of card game.
Let the indicator guide you to play the numbered cards in the correct order! In The Mind: The Devin, in addition to correctly playing the numbered cards in ascending order, players must also play all cards face down, revealing them only once they have been played. To help them, a player plays the role of a seer - and the seer knows more than all the others!
On each turn, a specific number of cards are dealt to the players and the seer is allowed to look at some of these cards before the game begins in order to give the team clues about those numbers written on a erasable board.
8+ years / 2-4 players / 20 minutes
Once players have placed all cards face down, the indicator checks if the cards are in the correct order, which allows to complete the level. If not, the team loses a life and the Seer redeals the same cards. Also, the Seer gives another clue.
If the team has mastered all twelve levels, they have won and can now claim to be 'soul mate'.
