The good plan is to agree! In this cooperative mood game, players create the largest possible city in 6 thrilling turns to maximize connections between Place tiles and score points.
In each turn, a different person plays the role of mayor. Its mission: to secretly connect 3 new sites to the locations marked by 3 construction plots.
The twist? The other players will then exchange with each other to try to make the same choices. Only harmony will validate the decisions of the town hall and expand the city!
