Shipping and delivery fees

Club Jouet delivers your items* within Canada . Additional charges may apply for delivery to remote areas.

Delivery time

Orders are processed on business days, from Sunday to Saturday, during business hours, except for federal holidays in Canada. All orders will be shipped by Canada Post and its partners in the United States, unless otherwise stated. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Estimated delivery time by Canada Post:
2 to 4 business days (may take 3 to 5 days during peak periods) after shipping (the normal shipping time for rural areas and post offices is 7 to 10 business days after shipping).

If there is no one at the delivery address, Canada Post will leave a pickup notice at the nearest postal outlet.

In-Store Pickup

You have the option to pick up your order in-store. This way, you can avoid shipping and handling fees, and you can pick up your order at your convenience during store hours within 7 days of your online transaction.

You will receive a confirmation by email when your order is ready. To avoid unnecessary travel, we recommend that you do not come to the store before receiving your confirmation.

In order for a product to be reserved for pickup, the transaction must be completed and fully paid. The product will then be reserved for a maximum period of 7 days (unless otherwise agreed with our Customer Service).

If the order is not claimed after this period, our Customer Service will attempt to contact the customer. If we are unable to reach the customer, the total amount of the order will be refunded.

Curbside Pickup

Parking spaces are reserved for curbside pickup at the front of the store. Look for the signage, park your vehicle in one of the numbered spaces, dial the phone number indicated on the sign (581 872-5990), and provide your order confirmation number. A staff member will deliver your order to your car, contact-free.

Assorted Items

Some items are part of an assortment and it is not possible to choose the model or color online. Please note that these items will be shipped based on a random selection of color or model according to availability.

Oversized Items

Certain items are subject to weight or volume limitations by Canada Post. Since they require additional handling, they are not eligible for free shipping. These items are labeled as "In-Store Pickup Only". However, it is possible to have them delivered for an additional fee. In this case, please contact our Customer Service to inquire about the applicable delivery fees.

Order Modification

Orders cannot be modified or canceled online. To modify or cancel an order, you must contact our Customer Service.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the product price plus applicable taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Incorrect Address
• Delivery Attempts Failed or Item Not Picked Up at the Local Post Office within the Required Timeframe
• Recipient Refusal

If there is no tracking information or if you are unable to locate the package and it has not been returned as undeliverable, please contact our Customer Service.
