As the editor of one of the local newspapers, it is your responsibility to tell these stories!
The First is due in a few hours and you don’t have time to pester. Get the most interesting topics before your competitors, and don’t forget to take the right shots. Like any business that respects itself, a newspaper must find funding – so think of ads! After you have collected an assortment of articles, photos and ads, you must put your Cover page. Have you collected enough tiles to fill the entire sheet without having to cut them? Three exciting days await you, and it’s up to you to prove that you are the best editor-in-chief there is!
During each timed round, players simultaneously collect Journal tiles and stack them on their desks until they think they have collected everything needed to produce the ideal One. They then exclaim, “Model!” and start composing their page by carefully arranging the forums, articles, photographs and advertisements. When everything is ready, they shout “Draw!” , hoping that their paper will be the first to print – allowing them to choose their stand in the next round.
