A return authorization number will be assigned to you, along with return instructions. Please do not return a product without this return authorization, as it may result in delays and additional fees in processing your case. A product can be returned to the store free of charge at 1100, rue Bouvier, suite 153, Quebec, QC, G2K 1L9. For in-store refund, the customer must provide a copy of the invoice received upon delivery. The product will be refunded at the same amount as at the time of online purchase, including applicable discounts and promotions.
